Forest bathing involves spending mindful, unhurried time among the trees, engaging all five senses. Near Wainfleet in the fenlands of Lincolnshire, we will meet at 2pm in a nearby pub for coffee & comfort break. Wear weather-suitable clothing, and bring a blanket, water and a folding chair.
