The evening circles at Sussex Pavilion are open to all women. These circles are small with up to twelve women joining the circle. This is an evening of relaxation and conversation with likeminded women.

About the Event
An Ostara Circle is a haven for women; it is a small group of women with no more than 12 gathering around a candle lit centrepiece. The light is gentle, the music is calming and the guided relaxations are calming for the nervous system. The conversation is not therapy and no one will encourage you to say more than you wish to. The principle is 'women supporting women', and the Ostara circle aims to facilitate this.
