About the Event
Sessions open with a guided relaxation using mats, chairs, and blankets to settle the mind. A short reading, quote, or reflection sparks a gently guided conversation - exploring the roles we hold, the paths that shaped us, our roots and support systems, and the influences of the women who came before us. This is a space to hear one another's stories, to learn from and support one another as women, to find strength in belonging and togetherness.
